University-Centric Model
AP serves its institutional partners through a university-centric approach, which establishes and supports a growth model for the university. In the process, new sustainable revenue streams are created assuring that the institution will flourish
in the future.
AP’s university-centric approach is implemented by a team of dedicated associates:
Vice Presidents of University Partnerships serve as the principal contact between the university and AP and have the authority to call on all AP resources. They supervise members of the university-centric team assigned to each partner university and are accountable to both the partner and AP’s senior management.
Curriculum Support Directors work with professors on course design and conversion of traditional courses to an electronic delivery format.
Enrollment and Student Services Directors work with admissions and student services offices to ensure that students progress smoothly through the enrollment process.
Integration Services Directors work with registration, IT and other administrative offices to ensure that data files are properly integrated between AP and the university.
Program Planning Directors are specialists in each subject area who advise on program selection and support new program launches.
Marketing Directors work with communications departments on press releases and other public relations activities. They direct market research and competitive analysis in addition to developing marketing materials and campaigns.
Regulatory Compliance Directors assist in obtaining all regulatory approvals required for launching online programs, statewide and nationally.
