AP maintains a Help Desk staffed with a friendly and responsive support team to assist with technical issues seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Ninety percent of all calls are resolved within 60 minutes. Students wait an average of only 12 seconds before a call is answered. Our Help Desk team is also on-call to personally assist faculty and administrators should they need technical help.
