Market Research & Analysis

Prior to any new program launch, we conduct a strategic analysis of market size and potential, demand trends and competition. Together with partner universities, we develop the most competitive positioning for each online degree program.

Change Management

We help universities align processes and resources to optimize the online student experience from application through graduation. Our operational and project management experts work with university admissions, registration, IT and other administrative offices to prepare a university’s existing systems and processes for enrollment growth on an accelerated academic calendar.

Program Launch & Ongoing Management

Our team will prepare a tailored project and implementation plan for the launch of online programs based on the findings from readiness sessions conducted with each partner. Once the plan has been jointly defined and approved, the team will develop a road map to close any identified operational and technical gaps which may adversely affect the online student experience. We then begin the process of integrating a university's systems, processes and technology with AP to ensure seamless and accurate information exchange, which is critical in guiding students in their enrollment journey.

Once a program has launched, our team will continue to optimize the student experience and conduct workshops and cross-functional debriefs to identify opportunities for improvement. Managing Directors will meet regularly with university teams to review progress against the mutual goals of the partnership.

Managing Directors

Our team of Managing Directors serves as the executive point of contact for the Academic Partnerships - University relationship. With significant expertise and experience in higher education, each Managing Director collaborates with a university's academic and administrative leaders to create an annual plan that reflects each university's goals and priorities and outlines strategies and tactics for sustainable enrollment and revenue growth. The Managing Director serves as the primary executive liaison between AP's support teams and the university.

Partner Support Professionals

The AP Partner Support team has deep experience with numerous higher education systems including application systems, student information systems and learning management systems (e.g., Hobsons, Recruiter, PeopleSoft, Banner, Blackboard, Desire2Learn, and Canvas).

Our team has developed a proprietary set of project and change management tools designed to reduce risk and provide a well-coordinated path to successful program starts that is tailored to fit each university partner's specific needs.

Professional Qualifications

Our Partner Enablement team has received process, project management and client engagement training and is well versed in the techniques and tools of Lean Six Sigma process improvement, holding certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.

Privacy and protection are our priority and of utmost importance in everything we do to support our partners and their students. AP abides by a strict security policy with detailed protocols on data protection, which includes safeguards against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure or alteration of data, assuring its confidentiality, availability and integrity. All data transmission to and from AP partners is exchanged using encrypted data transfer methods.
