Program Launch & Ongoing Management
Our team will prepare a tailored project and implementation plan for the launch of online programs based on the findings from readiness sessions conducted with each partner. Once the plan has been jointly defined and approved, the team will develop a road map to close any identified operational and technical gaps which may adversely affect the online student experience. We then begin the process of integrating a university's systems, processes and technology with AP to ensure seamless and accurate information exchange, which is critical in guiding students in their enrollment journey.
Once a program has launched, our team will continue to optimize the student experience and conduct workshops and cross-functional debriefs to identify opportunities for improvement. Managing Directors will meet regularly with university teams to review progress against the mutual goals of the partnership.[close-]

We work within existing technology systems at each partner institution with minimal impact to university resources. Our technology platforms—developed with partners in mind—enable automation of certain student- and university-related business functions. They are designed to accommodate application and enrollment growth, improve cycle and processing times and optimize the overall student experience. Our best practices facilitate:
Seamless integration with university SIS and LMS systems
Batch, scheduled or real-time application processing
Security and Privacy
Privacy and protection are our priority and of utmost importance in everything we do to support our partners and their students. AP abides by a strict security policy with detailed protocols on data protection, which includes safeguards against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure or alteration of data, assuring its confidentiality, availability and integrity. All data transmission to and from AP partners is exchanged using encrypted data transfer methods.
AP processes ensure:
Encrypted data transfer
Data leak protection on data transmission channels
Data safeguards compliant
with regulations governing protection of PII and NPPI (FERPA, HIPPA, GLBA, etc.)
Conformance and support for data residency
Our goal is to enable our university partners in the delivery of exceptional online student experiences while helping them grow enrollment in a sustainable and scalable way.
A Testimonial From an AP Partner University President
"As of probably 18 months ago, I never heard of Academic Partnerships. The concept was introduced to me, and I immediately thought it was a great idea. A university [our] size really doesn't have the economies of scale to go out and have the expertise that Academic Partnerships has with marketing and systems management. So I was very intrigued, and we started having meetings with [AP].
"We do something really well [here]–we teach. Academic Partnerships does something really well that we don't do, and that's marketing and systems management. So it's a great partnership ..."
"I was just so impressed at that initial meeting when the team came in, the way they presented themselves. They didn't talk down to us. They said, 'Here's an opportunity.' As soon as we really started communicating with [AP], we knew we were with a winning team. I've been around long enough to know when somebody knows what they're doing.
"It made all kinds of sense to us. We do something really well [here]–we teach. Academic Partnerships does something really well that we don't do, and that's marketing and systems management. So it's a great partnership, and we're very, very proud to have the partnership. We look forward to a bright future together.
"It's not too late for a university to put a program online. There's lots of growth areas out there, and we will be part of it."
