Our Process

Our partnership is predicated on student success. That's why our student success coordinators serve as an extension of the university to prepare and support students with the knowledge, resources and confidence to thrive as online learners from enrollment to graduation.


A Proven Approach to Student Retention

Our team uses a well-defined suite of contact strategies based on a student's progression through a program, engagement with the coursework and their overall performance in each degree program. These interactions are designed to maximize student satisfaction and ensure successful persistence toward graduation.


Student Support Plan

Every student in a university partner program is assigned a dedicated student success coordinators who serves as an extension of the university and stays in contact with the student for the duration of his/her entire academic journey. Part coach, part cheerleader, the passionate support and encouragement they deliver help ensure that students remain motivated and engaged with their coursework and are able to reach their academic milestones and successfully graduate.

Our Team

The Retention Services team works to keep students motivated and progressing toward graduation while collaborating with our university partners' institutional support services.

Student Retention Professionals

As a key part of our Student Success Center, the Retention Services team is comprised of highly qualified student success coordinators who are skilled in relationship building and supporting the unique needs of online students.

Our team members understand our university partner policies, processes and learning management systems, so they can advise students on their use. They also deploy a layered contact strategy through multiple communication channels to effectively engage and motivate students to complete their programs and intervene as appropriate.
